Well a full week of 2011 done. Here is a peek at my week.
Sunday
If I have to look at one of these before next year I will run in the opposite direction!
Today was inventory in our store and backroom. I went to work at 9:00 a.m. and left at 1:45 a.m. Monday. It was a L.O.N.G day! Thanks to our great team, things went pretty smoothly.
Monday
I love my girls! I never know what fun thing they will come up with. Today they decided to work on these.
Grammie got these masks and all of the stuff to decorate them for Ella for Christmas. Notice Kyla is wearing a bathing suit, the perfect fashion choice for crafting!
Tuesday
Ella has such a sweet heart. Towards the end of last year she took a whole bunch of her money to church to give towards a project to help children have a safe place to worship in Uganda. Well she has been filling up this box to do the same again.
I am so proud of her giving spirit!!
Wednesday
I was off today and all 4 of the kids were at school, so Kevin and I took the opportunity to go here.
We went to lunch, child free, at Logan's! Thanks for the gift card Mom & Dad!
Thursday
Tonight we went to Mom & Dad's for my belated birthday dinner. After we ate Mom showed me this.
She loves to do puzzles, but then she showed me the inside.
All I have to say is, "No thank you!"
Friday
We started getting snow again. When I came home from work, Kevin had some helpers working on the driveway.
That's some super sweet help!
Saturday
Today it snowed like crazy!! Many areas got 2 feet! I was supposed to be off today which was good, but got called to go in at 5:00 because no one else could. They ended up closing the mall at 6:00 due to the weather. Kevin took this picture when the sky was bright and sunny...
...and then 15 minutes later it looked like this.
Lots of snow also causes issues for someone else here.
Reese gets covered in snowballs and we have to pick them off or melt them off with a blow dryer. Oh the fun!
I hope you have had a great week and are enjoying 2011!!

my sweet ella...I love her heart!
ReplyDeleteWe love puzzles too, but took one look at tweezers...nope!
am smiling at the snow pictures...because I don't have to be in it!!! yea!!!!
Oh my goodness poor Reese...too cute though, and those girls look mighty chilly :)
ReplyDeleteI love jig saw puzzles...but not that much!!
Have a great week.
poor reese...made me cold, too!
ReplyDeleteIf I had to use tweezers for a puzzle, I'd jump off a cliff... that's horrible...but a challenge!!!!!
ReplyDeleteOur dogs come in with those snowballs too... miserable to try & get them off...
I love puzzles...but not sure about that small a one. Poor Reese. I know that the little snowballs were unpleasant. Loved the snow pictures...they were awesome.
ReplyDeleteThe girls are adorable! Oskar, our miniature schnauzer always has snow issues too. We acutally keep the hair on his legs shorter in the winter to help with the balling problems.
ReplyDeleteHugs & love,
Mimi
Your poor dog!! I can't even imagine having snow like that....well, snow of any kind, really. :-/
ReplyDeleteUgh, I'd hate to pick all those off. You may as well just dump him in the tub and give him an improptu bath.
ReplyDeleteI miss the snow. Well, kind of. I miss snow days where you're all stuck at home (as long as the heat still works, that is) and can cuddle up in blankets and watch movies. But then I don't miss driving in it or having to shovel it or any of that unfun stuff.
I'd run away from that teeny, tiny puzzle too!
I love to work jigsaws - & that one might actually fit in my house, but I'm not sure I have the eyes to work something that tiny! Love the pic of the snow helpers - very cute.
ReplyDeleteoh no... your poor reese! it's a different way of livin' where you are, my friend. our jazzy wouldn't know what to do in all that snow. ha. tweezers and jigsaws shouldn't be in the same sentence. ha! such cute lil' helpers you have there!!
